Speaker announcement! Katie Newbury
Katie Newbury, Immigration Lawyer and Senior Associate at Kingsley Napley, will be officially joining us as one of our featured speakers at the TEDxYouth@ISA conference on Saturday 18th March 2017!
Her talk will be on The Ripple Effect of Misinformation.
Katie is a senior associate in the private client immigration team at Kingsley Napley, and has experience across a wide spectrum of UK immigration matters, with particular expertise in applications made under Tier 1 of the Points Based System and complex personal immigration matters. She prepares applications for investors and entrepreneurs as well family members of those in the UK or relocating here, advises clients on immigration implications of international surrogacy and adoption, challenges the UK Home Office by way of appeal and through a number of successful judicial reviews, and assists with asylum claims and human rights applications and appeals.
